If you say that was ‘uncalled for’ (or ‘low’) to someone it means that what that person did was harsh and unfair.

 

부적절한, 심한 (적절하지 못하며 필요치 않은. 만약 누군가에게 uncalled for나 low란 말을 한다면 그 사람의 행동이 심하거나 불공정함을 의미한다)

 

 

Example)

 

That was uncalled for.
