갤럭시 S20 (a.k.a. 갤럭시 S11)과 폴드 2

 

BREAKING: Samsung Galaxy S20 and Fold 2 will be unveiled on February 11

 

삼모바일에 기사가 하나 떴네요. 

 

삼성이 2월 11일에 갤럭시 S20(?)과 갤럭시 폴드2를 공개한다는 내용입니다. 

 

내용 같이 한번 보시죠.

 

 

It was initially believed that Samsung’s next Unpacked event for its upcoming flagship smartphones would take place on February 18. However, recent reports have suggested that the event may take place a week earlier.

 

원래 알려지기로는 삼성이 언팩행사를 2월 18일에 한다고 했었는데 일주일 정도 당겨진 것 같습니다. 

 

 

It clearly shows that the company is going to unveil the new devices on February 11. The devices that will be unveiled include the Galaxy S20 and the Galaxy Fold 2.

 

새로운 기기를 공개할 예정인데, 그것이 '갤럭시 S20'과 '갤럭시 폴드2'라는군요. 

 

 

If reports are any indication, it’s going to be quite an exciting event. Samsung is expected to unveil both the Galaxy S11, which some suggest is actually going to be called the Galaxy S20, and the clamshell Galaxy Fold. The promo itself hints at the possibility of two devices being launched, one of them clearly having the silhouette of a clamshell foldable.

 

순서대로 하면 S11이 나올 차례이긴 한데, 갤럭시 S20이란 이름으로 나올수도 있을 것 같습니다.

아직 확정은 아닌듯하네요.

 

An earlier launch allows Samsung to get maximum coverage for its new devices in the spotlight without any comparisons to other new devices.

 

일정을 당기게 되면 신제품 홍보 효과를 독점적으로 누릴 수 있는 장점이 있나봅니다. 

 

 

There’s also a lot of excitement about the Galaxy Fold 2. It’s expected to cost under $1000 which would make foldable smartphones attainable for a lot more people.

 

갤럭시 폴드1이 200만원대의 고가였던 반면 폴드2의 경우는 그 정로 비싸지는 않은 것 같네요.

$1,000 미만이니 한국돈으로는 100만원 살짝 초과?하는 수준으로 예상해 봅니다.

 

국내 기존 프리미엄 폰들 출고가가 100만원이 넘으니 말이죠. 

이 정도 가격이면 지름신이 내려올수도.. ㅋ

 

 

언제가 됐든 2월달 언팩행사 기대됩니다.
