It is used when someone says something that makes you realize or remember another thing

 

얘기가 나왔으니 말인데 (누군가가 무언가를 말하는 것이 당신에게 다른 것을 깨닫거나 기억나게 할 때 사용)

 

 

Example)

 

Now that you mention it, I did see a strange man outside today.

 

얘기가 나왔으니 말인데, 내가 오늘 밖에서 이상한 사람을 봤어.

 

 

A : I went to the bookstore yesterday.

 

B : Now that you mention it, I bought an e-book device last week and it’s so convenient.

 

A : 나 어제 서점에 갔었어.

 

B : 얘기가 나왔으니 말인데, 나 지난주에 전자책 단말기 샀는데, 정말 편해.
